We want you to love your gear. If something isn’t right, we’re here to help.

Return Window

Items may be returned within 14 days of purchase.
Returns must be in new, unused condition with original tags and packaging.

Non-Returnable Items

For safety and hygiene reasons, some items may not be eligible for return (ex: used gear, fly tying materials, custom orders). If you're unsure, we're happy to help you check.

Exchanges

If you need a different size or product, we can help facilitate an exchange in store or through return shipment.

Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your return, a refund will be issued to your original payment method.
Please allow up to 10 business days for funds to appear depending on your bank.
